We also provide an optional text alerts service to monitor your fuel oil levels, and text you to remind you to get your heating fuel oil when you need it.
Our Story
All the members of our family work, and don't have time to be checking the level of our fuel oil tanks. So I proposed this simple device and method to check our fuel oil level via our smart phones. It worked so well, that I decided to provide it to others in our community who have the same problem. They can check their own oil levels with their smartphones upon purchase of the iOT Oil-Genie™ device, but they can also subscribe to the "Text Alerts Service" to have an alert of their levels texted to them, when the levels reach a particular threshold that they request.
Our Vision
It is my vision for the company to fully automate the gauge readings from the iOT Oil-Genie™ device with object recognition in the near future. This system can work with other non-fuel-oil gauges as well.

How it works

The ccd iOT Oil-Genie™ sensor works in broad daylight, artificial light, and in complete darkness. It can monitor any kind of gauge. Its magnetic stand can easily attach to fuel-oil tanks and remain there indefinitely. It comes with integrated Wi-Fi connectivity in its small package. It can operate 24/7/365 without a problem, and never needs to be turned off. It even comes with a 15ft power cable to reach the hardest to find wall outlets, and includes a Wall charger suited for its application. Compatible software allows you to monitor multiple iOT Oil-Genie™ devices.
Fast
The iOT Oil-Genie™ device is easy and quick to set up with your smartphone*, nominally taking about 5 minutes of your time. Instructions are provided online, which can be easily accessed by logging into your account.
